Irish Gold is the premier University of Notre Dame off-campus student housing provider with over 110 properties. Notre Dame alum John Kennedy is one of our founding partners. After living in terrible conditions off-campus his senior year, John realized something needed to be done to improve the experience for future Domers. It is with this goal in mind that we are extremely excited to launch our Irish Gold Standard project. Not only are we remodeling all our properties to provide much better accommodations, but we are also introducing new initiatives to improve the overall student experience.

Peace of Mind
Our properties have monitored alarm systems and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. There’s even a nighttime weekend security and courtesy patrol. Take advantage of optional concierge style options like maid service on a weekly or monthly basis, after-party outdoor cleanups and on-campus representatives available.
