A New Off-Campus Notre Dame Experience
The year was 2017 and John Kennedy, like the majority of Notre Dame students, decided to live offcampus his senior year. He thought this would be a good transition between on-campus housing and the real world that was waiting beyond graduation. Instead, he was faced with terrible conditions and nonresponsive management. This experience stuck with him – when he got the chance to take ownership of Notre Dame’s largest off-campus housing portfolio he realized this was a chance to change the experience for Domer’s to come. With this goal in mind, we have overhauled all aspects of the offcampus experience. We are renovating and furnishing our homes, offering weekly maid services, providing immediate maintenance response, and much more.
